I found it while reading a Thief Gold review here. I was going to start a new thread but thought, nah, everyone's probably seen it before (except me). I stand behind my conviction that LGS intended Garrett's face never to be properly seen, partly to keep the mystique, partly to allow each fan to have individual ideas of who he was/what he looked like, but it was interesting anway. Hope someone sees this

Mmm, yeah, I thought it was fan art =). Though I agree whole-heartedly on LGS never really wanting Garrett's face to be seen fully.
Which is why I have a big gripe with ISA and Thief 3 for showing Garrett's face, in 3rd person view as well as in cutscenes. Not to mention they used horribly low-poly models and Garrett looked like one of those crash test dummy mannequinsOriginally Posted by Clockwork Mifune

Well, I hope I'm not flogging a dead thread here, since the last time anyone replied was five months ago... still, I made Thief art and I want to pimp it, dammit.
I just got it put up at The Circle. There's two:
Garrett on rooftop
and
Garrett hiding
I really love all the art that's been put up here so far. I've been a huge fan of Thief since the first game came out years ago, but it never occurred to me to look for an online fan base until a couple of weeks ago. I have no idea why I didn't look sooner, because this is one very cool and dedicated fandom!
By the way, Clockwork Mifune , I love the bishounen Garrett

Err...yes it's Zaya. I've wanted to draw her for a while but never got around to it. It's not special or anything but I liked the way it came out. I really love how her hair looks. So, this is around the introduction of T2X.
