FYI, Far Cry 2 had the SecuROM DRM removed a long time ago.
Oky time to get steam linkus happening up in this shit Far Cry 1 & 2
pro.
Except it doesn't seem to work for me. I just get a blank target. Anyone know how not to fail at posting steam links?

Your link has steam:// at the front instead of http://
here we go
Oh yeap thanks that's cool but I thought a steam:// link should actually launch steam, but at that page. What happens when you click my link?

Oh, I dunno, I don't have steam on this puter. I didn't realise steam:// from another browser would summon their own software!
Sigh
Edit: EMBARRASSED sigh
It just launches Steam and doesn't do anything else, really.
Store: Coolshop
Game: Deus Ex: Human Revolution (normal PC version)
Price: £19.96
Delivers to the UK, but as always if you really want one ...
Let's restrict ourselves to URLs for pages that can be viewed in a web browser, hmm?
It's hardly a detriment to the people who have Steam, and it's a complete pain in the arse to people who either don't, or are reading the thread on a PC that doesn't, and fancy taking advantage of a sale by purchasing from that same PC.
Plus, all that Steam could do would be to open it in its own internal browser anyway. That thing is awful, I don't think anyone would choose to use it over the real browser that they're viewing TTLG with.
If I'm playing a game, I would.
Also, http://isthereanydeal.com/ is so darn sensible a web page for game deals, there's just no way it'll last long (before it's either sued or acquired and ruined). But while it's there, it's darn sensible, and I endorse it heartily.

Yup, thanks Sulphur. I've been thinking of buying Mirror's Edge for quite a while already, so this is the perfect opportunity to do so.
You're welcome, guys. Have fun, it's a great little game.![]()
What an incredible idea for a site. The only bad thing about it is I didn't think of it first.
$(document).ready(function(){
});
Alpha Protocol currently on sale on steam for $2.
