small suggestion - it would be nice if people put a small commentary, if just the name/artist, rather than posting a bare naked link.

Already ahead of you there. Yeah, the rip isn't great, but what do you expect for a promo copy? The album itself doesn't even release until next month.

That being said, I find it to be a mix of the best parts of Blood Inside and Shadows of the Sun, the latter being probably my second favourite Ulver album (or first, I really can't decide between it and Perdition City and I don't really want to) and one of my favourite albums of all time.

Civilization, the first track from the new Justice album. Good beats, kinda terrible lyrics. Too earlier to say wether it's any good yet, but it works well in this Adidas commercial.

    Re: Lonely Island

Few things are quite as awkwardly annoying as someone who - for lack of new ideas - keeps on repeating a parody that used to be fun and fresh until it becomes at least as terrible as the subject of the parody itself.

    Suburban Lawns - Janitor

All action is reaction, expansion contraction, man the manipulator. Under water - does it matter, anti-matter? Nuclear reactor: BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM Who's your mother? Who's your father? I guess everything's relative. I'm a janitor. Oh my genitals! Oh my genitals! I'm a janitor.

re: new Xenogears Orchestral Arranged album and its version of Xenogears' best piece

    They friggin' ruined it!!!

Okay, so it's not quite bad really, but 'Flight' is one of the more special tracks from Xenogears, and deserves a lot more epicosity and bombast and layered reverbed strings and stronger horns, not tinny farts recorded from the bottom of a barrel submerged nine hundred fathoms in the fucking ocean.

It is nice. But nice ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH DAMN YOU

Currently listening to Foo Fighters - Wasting Light.

Amazing to think that it only took them 16 years to make an album that doesn't utterly bore me to tears.

    Whitesnake--"Forevermore"

Now I get why Mikael Akerfeldt (Opeth) says he idolizes David Coverdale. This song could have been on Damnation or Watershed. Viva cock rock!

Not the white trash kind, the MORE EPIC THAN A SUPERMASSIVE FUCKING BLACKHOLE kind.

I listen to it when I feel like life could use a ridiculously overdramatic soundtrack backing it.

Edit: Favorite one so far, Groove Addicts - Redemption

Apparently the new Amon Tobin album (ISAM) can be listened to at his homepage or on youtube ... which is what I'm doing now.
