Using the augs is quite, quite tedious. Turn them on, fight, turn them off. Micromanage your Bio-E. I don't mind - but if I ever start fiddling with the Deus Ex scripting stuff, I will probably write an "alternative augs" mod, where your Bio-E regenerates slowly, your augs are somewhat weaker, and are triggered, not by keys, but by situations. Regeneration and Ballistic Def by being shot, Fast Run by falling or by taking serious damage, and so forth...
