Maybe you should've read the rules as well, which explicitly state
"No Warez, Illegal Software or Scans of Copyrighted Material."

Not only were you blatantly off-topic with your question; you were also asking for warez. Poor boy, nobody decided to help you with a question that was against the forum rules to start with. How dare they ignore your right to piracy!
Asking for warez in a large, public forum and then bitching when you're told off = teh ubar stupid. Heck, Daxim even pointed out an alternative.

Please shut the door on your way out, thankyouverymuch.

Just fell over this. I've read that sshock isn't compatible with classic mode. It gets to the start menu, and then goes plink plonk crash

I was just wondering what you did?

Anyway... I'm downloading it now, and if everything goes according to plan it should be down in about 3-4 hours. I'll be happy to make it available or upload it should anyone want it?!

Thanks to Daxim, I'll be hosting it, along with the other Looking Glass Classics.

I'm using the newest demo version.. and well it supports everything but the damn sink.. and well IMG files.
I heard somewhere that you can just rename it to iso and all your troubles are lost.. but I'm not sure about that..

Eh, I think you mean convert. Just renaming .img to .iso usually doesn't work well, at least in my experiance.

i know what convert is and what renaming is

so no.. that's not what i meant.. but taking the fact that none of my burning tools will accept this file.. maybe as well because it's a mac image? converting didn't work, but I did read a couple of times (through teh magic of google) that renaming it to iso would be fine... which I of course doubt!

If you want to use the image as is, will you need either sheepshaver (linux x86 or PPC also available) or Basilisk if it can emulate a powerful enough CPU on a X86 good luck, and a MAC bios rom file.

BasiliskII isn't a PPC emulator, and SS1 has no non-PPC binary included.

pearpc might work, maybe. It's very slow but might be good enough for SS1.
