Is there any -known- way to enchant a weapon/armour with more than one effect?

e.g. Giving a dagger Fire Damage along with Absorb Health

Take dagger
Get filled soul stone
Go to enchanting altar
Add fire damage effect, using less than the max allowed by the size of the soul
Add absorb health and any other effects, using the remaining power allowed by the size of the soul.

There's a chance this only works with OOO, if it doesn't work for you then why aren't you using OOO?

Easily. You can stack up as many effects as the soul gem can support. Just remember that the more effects, the more soul gem power they take.

I generally enchant weapons to do a little of each type of damage (fire/cold/shock/damage health), but whatever works for you...
