I managed to get pretty far up and then I screwed up and fell all the way back down and then I decided to just wait for someone much better than myself to do it and record themselves doing it and then, wouldn't ya know it, that very thing happened.

He certainly had some patience. He didn't even swear in the video.

I thought it was funny that the commentary was talking about you watching on youtube. I feel like I've been taking it too easy through games recently and I've got very little patience. I was thinking that with my efforts to get the hang of DOS2.

[edit]After watching that guy I managed to get up to where you were in your video, I'm a bit stuck there now.

    ITS THAT TIME AGAIN!

    HUMBLE JUMBO BUNDLE 10

    is a good one.

I bought it at the top tier to get Wasteland 2, Kingdoms: New Lands, and Prototype 2. And I guess I'll give Oddworld: New N Tasty a whirl. I'm not gonna play How to Survive 2, Epistory, or Grey Goo tho, so if anyone wants the keys, let me know.

I haven't played the games from the last bundle yet. Well I've been playing ROTR, but not the others. Now I've got an ESO key as well as the other bundled games. This is a whole new level of accumulating backlog that I hadn't fully understood until now...

Humble Bundle is going discount crazy on a shitload of games. Some damn fine discounts going on. Steam summer sale level of discounting in most cases.

Go Crazy. And Brutal Legend is free for 48 hours.

Alien Isolation for $4? Sure (if I didn't have it already).

Mmmm, some good deals there. Hey, here's a couple great games you guys don't have yet, Mini Metro and Human Fall Flat! The former doesn't look like much, but give it a couple rounds and you won't want to stop playing. The latter perhaps just looks like a wonky physics platformer, but it's much more than that. A lot of ingenuity and creativity has gone into every level, and it's constantly surprising with new kinds of challenges. It's a very physicsy puzzle game. It's like Portal but you're playing as a drunk toddler.

In case you've been holding out on buying any Rockstar games, here's your chance to buy pretty much EVERY Rockstar PC game for 15 bucks. (except GTA V)

Great value! Tho I'm sure everyone already has all of these games.

Shame that they are just redeem-on-Steam and not Humble / GOG - I'd consider playing GTA 4 but I'd rather not get something with SecuROM.

Don't you have to register on Rockstar's own bloatware too for these anyway?

    Yes, I think so.
I remember finding a hack to disable that nonsense when I played L.A. Noire, because I didn't really want to install the thing just for that one game.

I have all of them except Manhunt, but at this price I would seriously consider it for the convenience of Steam as they're nearly all on CD/DVD.

Except for the fact that dozens of songs have been removed from Vice City/San Andreas for licensing reasons. That is seriously putting me off.

I know that the San Andreas Downgrader restores removed songs. I used it mainly because the first-person mod required it. (Was worth it).

For some reason I'm reminded of the fact that Manhunt 2 was the only game ever banned in Ireland.

(It's not in that pack, though I wouldn't actually want it anyway.)

I do notice that Red Dead Redemption is also missing.

regarding San Andreas I just checked out the removed songs and wow they took out heaps, enough to impact the game for me. Pity my original dvd copy is busted.

And videogame companies complain about emulators but then do stupid choices like that.

If you play the PS2 version of GTA SA you'll get it with all the songs, better controls and none of the hassles. Plus the flying missions will actually be do-able thanks to save states.

The 1€ tier of this Fanatical bundle is good value for money. Kathy Rain and Tastee: Lethal Tactics for a buck? Yes please! Also includes a pretty looking fighting game and a baseball game, tho I'm not particularly interested in those.

Also, at Humble there's currently a fighting game bundle and turn-based RPG-y bundle (Shadowrun, Wasteland 2, Torment, Xenonauts, stuff that's very much in TTLG's wheelhouse).

Humble Indie Bundle 19 has some great games. You all know about Superhot and SOMA, but Mini Metro and Keep Talking And Nobody Explodes are terrific too!

This is a pretty good bundle of games you probably haven't played: https://www.fanatical.com/en/bundle/...gends-8-bundle

Train Valley, Zombie Driver HD, Organ Trail, and Convoy all get the thumbs up from me. They're not great, not worth buying, but just good enouh to get in a bundle!

Also has Action Henk, which, take it from me, in no way captures the action of a TRUE HENK.

Humble Unity Bundle - usually these bundles that are half-assets half-games tend to be weak on the games side of things, but not this one. AER, Torment and Shadow Tactics among others are included.

I got it mainly for the Unity assets tho, so since I already own several of these games these keys are up for grabs: Oxenfree, Wasteland 2, Final Station, Shadow Tactics. Let me know if you want em!

Shadow Tactics is great, I'd strongly recommend it to anyone who liked Commandos.
