Very cool site, Beltzer. What an enormous cat! I assume it's your fiancée holding that little, sweet burrick? :P

The Maine Coon can be a huge cat, for a domesticated cat anyway. My family had one when I was a child. He weighed 35 pounds and wasn't even really fat any more than your typical neutered cat. Last cat I had was a Siberian forest cat which acted more like a dog and was also pretty big.

Wow, I've never seen a white Maine Coon! I thought they were all the usual brown/grey striped markings. This is ours at 4 mos, just after we got him.

He's grown several inches and 1.5 lbs since that.

Beautiful cats! Maine Coons come in lots of colors, some rarer than others. Here's a list of sorts: . I was looking for a tortoiseshell one when we came across a rescue that we fell in love with and had to bring home. Oh, well...I'll just enjoy your pictures instead.

Gorgeous kitties. Frost is humongous - over twice the size/weight of my bog-standard moggy
