    SSR Contest FM - "Payback"

    OK, who made this one?

    I am very, very impressed with this one. The architecture is fantastic!

    Whomever you are, i think you've done a great job. Someone's after my job! Look's like you can have it now!

    'tis a sight to behold, that's for sure!

    I just had to shout about this one, sorry!

    I think i'm on my fourth FM now.

    I didn't participate, no. I nearly did tho'. I wanted to make an FM based on the film "Cube" but it needed custom objects/textures. I'm indeed having fun here, while others are at work! There's other FM's here, with pretty architecture, but "Payback" has made me go "Wow!"

    Congratulations to the author. Alot of work has gone into this, that's for sure.

    Cube was awesome

    Sluggs, Cube was excellent and an FM where there was a huge puzzle like that with traps would be awesome. Upside down rooms or rooms that look like the one you just exited is an idea..

    Oh god, don't even mention Cube. I'd almost managed to forget that steaming rectilinear pile.

    I can verify they are all there because I just finished with all 5 but I'm short 3g. of the total loot so I'll have to go back and poke in the corners later on. Very nice mission with well concealed secrets! I enjoyed it a lot. But now, I can't resist going on to the next one.

    Did anyone else have problems playing this mission through Garrettloader? It get identified as a T1 mission for me. Had to play through Darkoader.

    spoiler:
    (almost) correct room, but instead of searching for a torch, search for a small and well hidden switch.

    Has anyone found a way to loot the big well-guarded area of the mansion without heavily exploiting AI quirks?

    I really liked this FM! Another one I'd like to see made into a larger FM with lots of secret passageways, an attic, & more extensive basement/cellar, with maybe a bit of city action just in the near vicinity of the mansion.
    Thanks to whoever created this. I had fun!

    I haven't played it yet, but GL has determined it to be a T2 FM on mine. Are you using version 1.31?

    Could you be more specific, I'm struggling to find anything down there.

    Concentrate your search on the room with the fuel.

    Thanks, I've found it now. I still need to find 2 secrets and obtain other 130 loot. I think I know what loot Nightwalker is missing, in the casino.

    Secrets

    I have only found three out of five, so I hope someone will be kind enough to point me towards the others (that was a hint to a certain person, the only one who has admitted finding all of them so far).

    So far, I've found:

    spoiler:
    1. The secret office near the furnace;

    2. The secret in Bullright's office that opens a picture;

    3. The secret in "the Brat's" room that opens a panel behind a tapestry.

    I don't know for sure whether these are all counted as secrets; but I do have the number of secrets above, so if these aren't, then there is another that I got and don't remember at this point.

    Has anyone found any of the others?

    Thanks,

    Dafydd
