    A) that movie is awesome
    B) it uses many sounds Thief uses - the grinding stone door, the footsteps, the sound when the staff is getting lit
    C) this is could be made into an awesome mission.

Easily found on youtube. But for some reason it's always flipped, I wonder if it's some blunder with the international DVD release.

Today is the Tesla's birth anniversary

This brilliant scientist gave alot to the human world, his inventions are still modern. Quite incredible!

The references with the Mechanists are undeniable.

hmm, they are not similar to Mechanists, except the behavior, similar to the Mechanists.

Are you sure? They are working in a mine, yet, amd with machines... Plus all that sparks... It reminds to me the cutscenes when the Karras's scritpures and sermons appear.

Nice! I'll certainly notice when I see it. I watched that series before I played Thief, and it's also a nice connection, even if unintended.

It looks definitely like a computer generated image for me.
Look carefully, the wall texture is repeating, the edges is unnaturally sharp, the lighting is unnatural, you can see visible seams across some surfaces etc.

It do use a technique called High Dynamic Range rendering, but that's not the same as HDR photography.
