    If you try
    spoiler:
to walk behind her, she moves off into the other room and the flowers can be picked
    You've got the right scripts

    I'm still looking for
    spoiler:
    John's diary

    Try looking
    spoiler:
at the ground for something red, that isn't normally found on the street. Then lookup.

    Outright spoiler:
    spoiler:
On the ground in front of the top door to the fishing tower there is some blood on the ground. The diary is right above that point.

Elusive One thank you - I've been wondering what the significance of that was.

Excellent - is this an autobiographical work, I wonder?

    I particularly liked the
    spoiler:
scene in the jail though I think she might have been a bit more grateful when I got rid of her tormentors.

    And the
    spoiler:
    dress changing - great!

The only thing was that my final loot statistic bore no relation at all to what I actually found. And I still have
    spoiler:
    1 secret to find

cardia can you please use spoiler tags? It's not much of a surprise when everyone reads about it before it happens.

    dirtyoldman

You should be able to drop the red dress on the counter in front of the flower lady. After a few seconds you can go pick one of the flowers. When the flower is picked the flower lady will take the dress, run to her room, change into the red dress, and then come back out. The script is only used after you drop the red dress. The flower lady has to be able to see it.

    nickie & john9818a:

Thanks, that did the trick. Without your help I'd pobably still be waiting for her to hand me the flowers.

Now off to find the secrets

Btw: The sold-out notes and the new objective triggered in the jail basement were a nice little extra

    John objective - problem

I have read the clues above, but
    spoiler:
Garrett will not mantle into the window behind the diary.
    What now please?

It's much easier to go furter down toward the fishing tower, jump on the first ledge, scoot over to the window, and then mantle up.

    Yes, but...

That's exactly what I have been doing, many times. And I cannot get into
    spoiler:
    that window
    at all.

    Thanks maloo.
    spoiler:
I went to speak to him when I took the picture back but nothing there! This time there was - guess finding what happened to John triggered it. Mission complete.

Did you try opening it first?

I didn't think you could open the "window" from the outside. Anyway, I got in eventually by looking up more than with a normal mantle.

I guess it wasn't really obvious. The blood spot can be cleaned up with water.

    How am I supposed

    spoiler:
to enter the Fish Shop or the the Prison with the turret? I tried to mantle up and jumped all over the place. But I couldn´t enter any of the two buildings.

Yeah, right. I tried this a hundred times. Posted the question. Tried once last time and... Oh well, now I know.

But can anybody tell me where the second secret is? I already got

    spoiler:
The passage behind the garlic shop.

What a purely delightful mission. The sloping streets, subtle lighting and colouring, the wonderful maze of a town.

John you have made my day. Thank you.
