Time for some new pictures. I have made a lot of progress lately, but there's still a lot of work ahead of me.

Those shots of the City streets are really outstanding. Is there an estimated release date you're aiming at?

Is this mission based on the abandoned T2G OM "The Slums"?

Yes. Though that will be about 50% of the the map when I'm done, I think.

    Wow, nice!

Is this for the Reloaded contest as well?

Reloaded missions can only use missions that have already been finished and released.

No. Slums was never released so it's not eligible. The map makes a good starting point for me, but when I'm done, I expect that there won't be much that has more than a surface resemblance to Slums as it was handed down to us.

UPDATE: Actually, I've just now, today 11/18, decided not to use Slums directly. I find the way the map was constructed very difficult to work with as I modify it to support more of a Thieves' Highway gameplay than the designer of Slums seems to have had in mind. So I'm starting over from scratch, but using the work I already did in my Slum renovations as concept art. I figure it may take a couple of months to get back to where I am now with the map, but from that point on I should save a lot of time by not having to fight the original Slums design.

I was building city part of my fm, but then i had this little mistake..

so there's just one big open area in city and it has large river flowing throught it. Another side of river is unreachable for player, so i decided to make that side bit less detailed. After few hours of building i realized that i've been building to wrong side of river...

i couldn't just switch starting points place to other side too because i already built river itself to look better from that side i mainly planned to have more detail.

talking of detail.. does anyone know where i could get some better looking building objects?

Rob dropped some of those into a key area in DCE and they made a huge difference, look fantastic.

Looks great, Dark! LOVE those beautiful moons!

Treasure looks great, too. My only complaint is that there's almost TOO MUCH detail packed in there in some places, so it looks like a chaotic jumble of colorful pixels. Maybe try smoothing things down a bit and sticking with a few more discernible details?

In particular on that vase on the far left, I can tell it's gold by the color, but I don't know what shape/shades the texture is implying.
