Re-release of Your Last Breath, Island of Iron 1,2

    Dark Assassin has re-released:

    Your Last Breath
Island of Iron 1: Fortress of Steel
    Island of Iron 2: Confrontation

these are simply repackaged releases, not updates (no new textures, etc)

See http://www.keepofmetalandgold.com for the now complete "Quick Cash" series

    As a note:
    "Quick Cash" series:
    1-3...Dark Beginnings
    ............(Burglary in Blackbrook)
............(Shadows of the Past [now A Spooky Interlude])
    ............(Quick Cash)
    4......Your Last Breath
    5......Brawl in the Tombs
6......Island of Iron 1: Fortress of Steel
    7......Island of Iron 2: Confrontation

I might as well post here that DA is officially done and will not be updating any more of John D's missions. S/he also sent me a couple of other things to put in the abandoned archive on my site, and I'll post them soon.

    Soooo late this time...

Somehow missed playing the original releases of Island Of Iron, pts 1 & 2 - but have just completed these re-releases. (thanx Dark Assassin)

Amongst appropriately grim architecture & tense, cold atmosphere is the culmination of, I think, one of the very best-developed plots of any mission series I've encountered yet. Along with 'classic' gameplay &, in pt 2, two moments which really creeped me out, these are such very classy missions.

So - very belatedly - my thanks & admiration, John D (wherever you are...)

I personally tend to call the series The Arbez Series, since Arbez is pretty much the central focus. That said, the Deep Trouble missions are part of the series too.

Really? How do they relate, and which comes first if played back-to-back?

I thought Deep Trouble missions were wholly separate, but I admit I haven't played through either series myself so I was never quite sure. If you can explain a clear connection that would be helpful, but perhaps you got a mistaken impression that there is a connection?
