editor-> mission parameters-> renderer parameters
So I completely forgot how to set shockpal.
I have shocked deluxe or whatever that is now, and I seem to be missing what everybody is saying to set under mission params.
I have loaded all objects, I have designed a lot of sections in this level, and then when I dropped in some steam it was red so I went "Hmm whats wrong?"
So I poked at JediK on AIM and he said "shockpal" so I said "oh k"......and failed.
After searching for 30 minutes now, nobody seems to have the same problem I do...sooo...help?
editor-> mission parameters-> renderer parameters
Lets recap...
I am missing that. I have no Renderer Parameters.I have shocked deluxe or whatever that is now, and I seem to be missing what everybody is saying to set under mission params.

Sad bunnies.
I don't seem to have it anymore either. Where did it go?![]()
I don't think there's an alternative (manual) command input for setting it either.
But where did it go? I know I've changed that setting before... the whole Rendering Settings section is gone, complete with the ambient light levels and everything.![]()
So I don't know where I got it, but I had a ShockEd.exe instead of DromEd.exe and when you run it from ShockEd.exe that option is just mission..
After extracting the original DromEd and applying my menus and keybinds to it its all hunky dory.
ShockEd.exe is the enhanced Toolkit version with a lot of fixes (HT/ multiprocessor fix etc) already applied. For some reason one of the fixes seems to have caused a random breakage.
That's... interesting.
I have no idea what happened to that ShockEd.exe, but reapplying all the fixes that I can remember to a fresh copy of the original ShockEd (DromEd.exe) does not reproduce the bug.
I'll re-upload the ShockEd Toolkit with the fixed version.
Edit: Done.
