Need to continue but stuck
I have two doors which need opening.
One to the right of where we see the first zombie at the start with guards heard behind it.
The second is Outside where the crypt is. There is a gate that has a mage patrolling behind it.
Also the skull of Morgoth. Where is it?
Which/what should I do to continue further in the game.
And a very good mission it is! I really like the ominous atmosphere and the various tricks that make it extra-creepy.![]()

Coincidentally, I was replaying Sperry's Tears of Blood last night after I got TG working on the new PC, which also features zero ambient light. I considered doing it for DP2 (it was 0 when I got it from Will) but in the end went the more traditional route. It definitely sets the tone in this mission, though!
I am having a great time playing this one, but I am stuck!
I found the teleport coin, used it one time and got the message "it took me here?". I can't figure out what to do now. The only objective I have left is to find a way out.
I only have 1 lockpick, are there 2 in this mission?
There are a few more doors/gates I can't open, including room 21.
Plus I need help with everything bob_doe_nz mentioned in a post above (more locked doors and the skull).
Any help would be appreciated.
You can pretty much blame Tears of Blood for me choosing 0 ambient light. Good memories with that campaign, was nice to see the blue sky at the end. 40-50 minutes in the darkness and in the end, the sky really gave the feeling of "I've escaped", with birds chirping IIRC.
Getting back to this mission, anything but 0 ambient and the lantern maze wouldn't have worked at all.
Tomi had a something similar in Deadly Darkness another great T1 mission on par with Sperrys work. I must add the version of Deadly Darkness out now is no longer 0 ambient, just relight it first. Much better in 0 if you ask me.

There should be four zombies in that room. You have to kill them all, then the barred gate opposite where you enter will open and let you out.
Hi...is this mission supposed to end whenyou enter the room with the fire skulls and four element which turn into skellys....once I teleported to there I didnt have enough ammo to get out,so am presuming its the end.

(If you take the magic cannister before the guy gives it to you,it doesnt go into inventory..if it gets thrown it gets lost in a wall)also(If you save just before the haunt spirit dies...after you take the mage key...he doesnt die and you cant kill him with the sword and get the burning skull

If you have done the crypt, then look behind the table. Look for a flaming skull. Thats how I missed it (It flew out of my sight)
Once you do, the lights go out. Wait for noise to stop and then frob madly in the dark.
Take this to the beginning. Have fun.
Also, can you remember where there are 3-4 zombies patrolling outside? Jump down and look around to continue
i must say that i loved every minute of this fm. good choice of ambient sounds. those undead hammers that run toward you....man! freaked me out hehe![]()
