T2 Vertical Contest Mission "Third Time's the Charm"

Again I try to start a thread for one of these missions before someone else does it. I'm feelin' lucky this time!

Anyway, this mission is AMAZING. Unfortunately I'm starting this thread because I think I might have encountered a bug, albeit a hilarious and non-game breaking one. Whenever I'm spotted by one of the priests in this mission, they just stay in alert mode and refuse to recognize my presence even if I bump directly into them (or stab them a couple times ). Is this a story element (like, all the priests are blind) or is something not quite right?

Also taking the opportunity to say how friggin' impressive that FM is. Architecture, texture work, models, pacing... this is a perfectly crafted mission. There's a definite TDP taste to it.

And I almost don't have any doubts as for the author of this one. Anyway, let's finish this :]

Everything else is done but I cannot find the key to the violin's chest. I'd expect it around the guards quarters but apparently it's elsewhere :/

This has happened to me in other missions before- fan-made and original. I think it's just a Dark bug.

    Phenomenal architecture in this mission!

Have you have to searched every guard... one of them has this key..

That key is on the guard patrolling near the cells.

Dammit, and I was sure I had checked all those guards at least twice ! Of course it had to be this one, this far away, forgotten one...
    Thanks guys.

    Amazing mission.

I think that's got to be the most beautiful mission I've ever played. Textures and architecture fit so well - whilst still confined within the contests tight limits. Un-freaking-believable. Plus it was a blast to play.

When I saw the file size I was pretty sure who made it. When I played it there was no doubt.

    Hats off to you man.

Just finished it. This mission was EFFIN' INCREDIBLE! Seriously man, well done. This is probably my favorite Hammerite mission ever. Seriously.

This was probably the most visually pleasing Thief mission I have played to date - far ahead of the pack.

Stopped playing a highly frustrating mission series to give this a go, and I must say this was a treat. These kind of FMs are what keep me playing Thief years later.

The visuals were great, the patrols nicely placed with more than one way to approach a lot of areas, no boring spots, nice use of loot, decent readables, and I didn't get stuck once. I will probably be playing this one again at the other difficulty levels, and perhaps try ghosting it.

    2865 loot out of 3000
    8 of 8 pickpockets
    Knockouts:13
    Damage:13, Taken:None
    No expendable equipment used.
Secrets found 2 of 6 The scriptures and the Hammer.

I assume the loot I am missing is the secrets I did not find. When I play through again, if I don't find them, I'll check back and see if anyone has.

My only dissapointment is this mission doesn't go on forever (yes I know contest size rules and time frame). Kudos anonymous author.

That was a fun mission. Found only 2670 out of 3000 total loot and 2 out of 6 secrets , the book and the hammer. But a thoroughly engrossing one.

I'm taking my time with this one. Its sooo well done, cudo's to I can probably guess who made this. Love this mission!
I've got 3 secrets so far, still going to look around, all I need is the hammer. More to do! This one gets high marks. This is what a hammerite retreat should look like. Their monastery, high on the cliffs. I did manage to crawl over the edge in one area, I wasn't suppose to be there.

I cant quite believe that I'm playing a thief 2 mission...this is Deadly Shadows in quality...impressive and a very nice surprise.
Who did the garrett comment for the loo..."somebody light a match", if this isnt an original comment by Stephen Russell then whoever did it is a dead ringer..if it is an original...where did it come from??
A very big thankyou to the mystery author...120/10

all I can say is WOW!...a wonderful mission!

I just took time to look at the architecture and all that dank brickwork was astounding.I could smell and breathe the stale air in the cells part and coming up the stairs, then out into the fresh air and all the wood smells of the library and various rooms, this is what thief is all about..

well I have finished got all my objectives but on looking at the final stats I see that I only have 3 out of the 6 secrets..
Can someone list the secrets please so I can go back and take another look...for my missing ones.

Ok I am stuck in the beginning

I see a lift, but I cannot see any buttons to activate anywhere. Is it too early in the morning for me or am I not finding something?
