(The pipe in the centre of that screenshot isn't part of the model.)
Ohhhhh, finally someone rebuilt the ugly object!
May I have the permission to use it?

It would be nice if we had a catalog of every custom resource and links to their respective web sites.

I am in need of an evil looking nobleman with his left hand missing. His left arm would be missing his hand. A stub on the end. The same nobleman with his hand normal also before it was cut off.

Targa has a sword guard missing his left hand, which you might be able to reskin if it's OK for him to be armed with a sword.

Otherwise, someone will have to make this for you I imagine.

    Thanks Russ

I reskinned the stumparm model, but he now looks like a cheezy Archie.(Cartoon) I better wait until someone offers to just remove a hand from a noble.bin
Edit:the top of his head looks like hair made into a crown.

@Robin Just a little band aid and some Jack Daniels, and he will be on the mend.

Part of his sleeve texture is used to fill in the hole at the end of his arm.

If you can find an AI with a skull face that you like, you could change the mesh skin to stone grey and then pose it. Just an idea.

Yes i though using also ai creatures, but i donīt know how freeze them or pose them as statues. turning their skin to stone grey sounds easy i suppose.

First, do everything you need to make it act dead and be like statue in every other way, then:
    Creature -> Current pose

select "Motion Name" then type the name of motion you want to use below it
Frac = frame of the motion you want to use 0.00 = first frame, 1.00 = last frame
ModelScale = no idea what this is try 1 and 0
Ballistic = leave this unchecked so your statue AI will be frozen correctly and won't fall to ground in gamemode

I usually add M-PosedCorpse, and then add the Current pose like gigagooga said. You'll also want to make it unfrobbable of course, and also may want to use creature scale to enlarge.
