Amazing, vivid environments. I really like your use of colour, that's always hard to get right.

I really like the look of this, from the screens it looks very true to TDP look. which I miss.

    Cant wait!

Looks great ! Reminds me of T1 fan missions too - I used to play the hell out of them back in the day.

I really like your use of colour, that's always hard to get right.

The custom resources all have the default texture pallette applied to them so they are all playing nicely together. I prefer to keep the color saturation in the lights very low. Many of the lights in the mission are totally desat.

Sadly when I do make time for dromed I don't always use it very well .

I have also done something similar in my missions (except Unbidden Guest); instead of using light colour to establish mood, I tried to use the inherent colours of textures efficiently.

any updates? I had to ask around in the Upcoming FMs thread, because I couldn't find this one, and it wasn't even listed there. I'm so looking forward to this one, I hope it isn't dead!

Haven't worked on it in some weeks. It's not dead by any means, there is only the matter of finding the time/inclination. Compounding this is the fact that I work so slow. I'm quite pleased to know someone is anticipating it's release, although now I'm worried about disappointing . I'll mention again that it's a bit on the small side (not sure if I've even breached 2500 brushes yet)- which is one of the reasons I wasn't sure about bothering the "Upcoming..." list with it.

    Edit:3000+ brushes!

The falling petals in the garden tomb is a wonderful idea!

I wish I'd thought of it...

Christmas... work... Minecraft... work... Fine excuses all!

Work continues now. I have a good chunk of free-time coming up and hope to get some more built at that time.

It is difficult to convey in a screenshot the sense of the rooms I am working on at the moment. Here I am actually looking upwards. The red blob right of center is a brushwork sofa-- that's how much of an old-school degenerate I am !

Does this screenshot indicate the mission will feature architecture akin to Sliptip's and Digital Nightfall's insanely fun twisty house in Fables of the Penitent Thief? It looks like the stairs are mounted on the wall, and the opening in the ceiling seems to lead to another room.

@Username: Yes, there are going to be quite a few surreal spaces in the mission; but as Intruder noticed I have been going to Constantine's home for inspiration. I loved Fables of the Penitent Thief and can only hope to end up with something so entertaining and sharply designed.

Sadly not much news to report. I was expecting to have it in testing by this time, but that fell through the floor due to work and life. It helps to get a nudge now and then.

Ah too bad. Hope things calm down soon and that you can resume with greater pace.
