Also, the server Alchy mentioned's pretty cool too (and as he said, we ain't dissing BH's, which is awesome too and was first ).

I'm coming out with an update sometime today with a bunch of terrain.png updates and these gui stuff, so keep your eyes on this thread and you'll have a nice texturepack :P

Also, Notch has been talking alot about implementing server-gates, for cross-server travelling, which maybe possibly could be a thing to have here.. ?

Yeah, it's all from scratch, oh and bitmap bros are damn awesome at that stuff, way beyond me.

My daywork entails more of the brown bloomy nextgen kind of art though.

Regarding duping: the game is so much more rewarding when you dont. For those of you joining us, our server has a no duping policy... BH's server is excellent for creative works that need duping (like my obsidian pyramid)

Necival.org should point to the server.... the DNS might take a while to propogate.

In the mean time guys connect to 174.48.25.28. You are all welcome. Just remember the rules:

No griefing, no duping.

That's it. We make nightly backups so we're not too worried about griefers.

I think that once we can confirm that survival is working properly and all of the lag issues in the recent builds have been sorted, duping is gone, etc. then we should start a new map on the hardest difficulty with everything enabled, warping disabled, etc. Until then I think "peaceful" or whatever is fine. Really, I'm ok with holding out for the gold build unless those things are working in the beta.
