I haven"t been able to find the Paparazzi"s diary. The hint states that it's on the 3rd fl, but I checked Artemis 3rd fl and Heistia 3rd fl with no luck.

It's right next to the camera overlooking the central area. Basically, if you're staring straight down at the door it tells you how to open, and it's on a crate next to you. Also check your tape inventory. I picked this one up without realizing it's significance at first.
