    Forgot about this thread too!

Until I get a job, my schedule is fairly open, with the days that aren't somewhat random.

I really want to give Portal 2 co-op a whirl, so if there is anyone who hasn't done that yet lemme know!

    Other Games I'll Play:

Arma II (once I give it a whirl and figure out How Things Work)
    Atom Zombie Smasher
BFBC2 (hell, really any BF as long as I get forewarning. My dream is to have a forum-wide match of BF1942 but that ain't never gonna happen)
    Delve Deeper
    L4D2
    Trenched (Xbox ID: Aerofin)

    Also chess.

If anyone really wants to do Magicka I may be willing to do that, but I'm sort of saving it for a friend - need to check with him if this is actually necessary.

    Zombie Apocalypse
    Dungeon Siege III
    Dead Rising II
    Left for Dead 1/2
    Castlecrashers

I guess that's kind of related to multiplayer

    Bringing Thief into LotRO

Announcing the formation of a new kinship, The Keeper Council, on the Firefoot server of Lord of the Rings Online, a free-to-play MMOG. This would be a great place for Thief fans to meet up, discuss the games, RP your favorite factions, or just have fun while we wait (impatiently) for Thief 4 to arrive. Most of the players on LotRO don't even know what Thief is, and I think it's time we amended that. We can add a new dynamic layer to a game that is already good. My name is Andralf, and I am RPing the First Keeper and leader of the kin. Any Thief fans who join my kin will automatically become officers, and I am also looking for a successor, in the case of my untimely demise... I am online at various times, but if I am not, you can "email" me in-game to set up a time to join up.

For anybody playing Dead Space 3. I'd be happy to hook up for some of the co-op missions. Afternoons usually work for me (GMT -7). I have an erratic schedule and I'm working on a video game project which is soon to eat up some time as well, but I'm up for it. My Origin handle is Advoc.

I just upgraded to fibre optic broadband and figured it might be cool to do some multiplayer some time.

Add me on Steam (faetal) if interested - I have a bunch of games on my account, best to just see what I have and then message me so I can install it.

Not sure how frequently people read this thread...

I'd be quite interested in the occasional Arma 2 coop meetup, quickish one-hour sessions. I'm usually available and relatively flexible on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, although it very much depends on the time - evenings (I'm based in Switzerland, which is on Central European Time) aren't great. Anyone else interested? If so, PM me up! :-)

Definitely. I've played a little of it before but never really got anywhere after the first stage of the game and wanted to give multiplayer a shot.

Cool. You're UK-based as I recall, which should make it easier.
I'll figure out how to set it up and will let you know how it goes.

Telepathy is not mind reading. It is the direct linking... ...of nervous systems... ...separated by space.

I'm game. I play with peeps across the pond constantly, my hours are atypical.

Should we set up an always on server with a few rules for how much gets done per day so those with more free time don't end up turning the whole planet into FFVII mosaic art?

    Some suggested rules:

    • New characters only, nothing should be brought in from a different world/character - Exception: If the world generates without the Lizhard Altar (a rare bug in Jungle Temple generation), one should be brought in from a different world.
    • Mark any trap/experiment clearly and make sure they won't inconvenience others
    • The first fight against Skeletron/WoF/Plantera is to be started only at a prearranged time. A scheduled fight could be advertised via the MotD.
    • The usual stuff (ie. share stuff you don't need, don't try to grab everything, respect the "home" of others, leave space for others to build in etc.), but that should be implicit in a community server

That all sounds reasonable. We could plant a few signs in a "starting area" with the rules enshrined in text.

WHo wants to create the server? Al_B - I'm still totally up for carrying on our game too

I'd love to hop on too, I just recently gave Terraria a second chance after bouncing off it the first time, and got totally hooked.

I'm back at playing Dead Space 3 again. Looking for Co-op partner. I'd like to play as Carver, but honestly I'd be happy just to play the co-op missions as I haven't yet. Sad that this thread is used so little that I made this request 10 months ago and it's the same forum page. eek.

I can play during the night time. 8pm - 6am Alberta, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Arizona time.
