How to use the portals?

Hi everyone.
I am new to this game but I am enjoying it very much. But I can't cast any spells, besides Ignite.
I want to use the portals scattered through the game, and a snake-lady told me how to do it, but I just can't do it right!
Can please someone help me?
I currently have these runes.

What am I supposed to "draw"? I go through the spell list and there is nothing related to using portals.
Help anyone?

You need to use the Mega Spacium runes which you got from Sister Chinkashh. They're in your book already.
