    T2 Fanmission The day-worker - June 30 2011

    Hi folks,
I would like to present my new FM for T2 named Der Tagelöhner/ The day-worker.
The missionsize is 29Mb, it's in german and english. The FM has an Introvideo
    and an Outrovideo.

I like to say thanks again to the betatesters, thanks to Tannar and Slyfoxx!
    Hope you like it!

    DS

    EDIT
    Update 1.2 (35MB)
    http://www.ttlg.de/de/download/downl...oehner_1.2.zip

If the game crashes, delete the video B21 and Cs21 or rename it.

You could uninstall the FM and remove the movies from the zip. Then re-install the FM. This should work.

The game won't start, it crashes to desktop.

    Do you mean README.TXT? I can't see any info.txt.

If so, the links about Ffdshow don't help. As far as I know, Im not using it. So what am I supposed to do now?

Am I supposed to use this FFdshow, or disable it?

Could someone perhaps summarise what needs to be done to get the game to start...?

    Thank you so much

This worked for me. I unistalled the FM from Darkloader, by installing another FM; deleted everything in the movies directory, leaving the directory empty; reinstalled the FM in Darkloader, and it started.

Hopefully you didn't do anything that drastic. I just renamed the miss21 movie to something else, and everything started up fine.

    Dr.: English please?

If you use this tool, you have to disable something in the options. Sorry, I don't use it, I only know one of the betatester had this problem. Than he find out, it has to do with this program.

Wow great looking textures in this game. I am less than 3 minutes in and the game looks wonderful.

Too bad I can not view the movies while in-game.

This looks like it will be memorable as far as things to see texture-wise and architecturally.

Thank you very much for this FM.

Heehee, I think I just earned my rooftop climbers guild card, and very easily found a way onto the rooftops. I don't know if this was the intended way to get to some of the places I've visited but I have found a few very interesting places I can't imagine how else you can reach them

I know who you are, you're the guy in the cinema who is searching the movie mistakes
Damned, there is ever one player who find a way out the map.

Hah! I'm really not that person, I found it on accident while trying to ghost into a certain spot with an annoyingly nosey peson! I'll ask though, a simple yes or no for the second question is fine, the first curiousity more than anything because I can't imagine them to be purposeless, 1. What is with the random rat all by his lonesome way up on the balcony/roof near the window to the keeper window and 2. Does/Is the door glyph supposed to work at all?

I really hope that the videos do not make problems even more people. They are short but I worked many times on it. Especially, I had the honor that Slyfoxx made the voice acting for the english version.

A Keeper? I guess you mean Garretts home?! Well, I would say, I forget to set the rendertype to not rendered. Is the door glyph supposed to work at all, I don't know what you mean? The banner in Garretts apartment?

Great a new misson and it's beautiful

But how do I get up the upperside ledge. I climbed the rainpipe, jumped over the rooftops and can't seem to get across to the ledge with a (probably) window to open. ???
I tried more than 20 times, but I never got across. Any suggestions?

BTW: It wasn't his first! Check out Fibanocci's post above. Just another authorname. I don't know why ?

Hi Gloria, do you mean the pipe near the museum? At the end of the house, to the right, there is a window above. One shutter is open, the other is closed. Use a ropearrow, the window frame is wood. or did you mean the pipe at the bank.
