You don't mention finding the mnemonic which tells you the combination. If you didn't find that, having found the glyph poster doesn't do you much good. To find the mnemonic, you need to explore the Principle Floor and read everything in the file cabinets. See if that's enough of a hint.
If you did find the mnemonic, then just use the glyph poster to look up the glyphs called out in the mnemonic and frob them in order when they show up on the wall.
