Here's the main thread.
There are several posts in that about the Living Breath but it's probably better if you look yourself as I don't know whereabouts you are.
Just enter the room the glyph opened. Jump the little gap.
You will be in a well lit room with a path on the floor. Just follow the maze and don't touch the shadows. The living breath is in the other side of the room.
