Shalebridge Cradle: Can't pick up special loot

I'm in Shalebridge Cradle, and have found a cradle with a flickering urn inside. Given earlier notes found, this seems to be special loot. However, no matter what position I try from, I'm unable to pick it up. Any ideas?

It's not loot, It's a quest item. You'll be able to pick it up an use it at the appropriate time.
