Had a great time last night being the third wheel in a session of Human: Fall Flat, where you play a drunken human-shaped jellybean. Highlights included flinging myself off a cliff, getting my leg stuck in my body until I popped it out by grabbing the floor, irritating Jesh by grabbing his butt at the most inconvenient times (which is to say, all the time), flinging Jesh at a gate via a catapult, riding a boat into the fog with Jesh and henke, doing my best bug on a windshield impression while henke and Jesh tried to drive a coal-loaded truck, and said truck careening over the edge of the road and falling into the formless void with both of them in tow.

    Yeah, it's pretty great.

Huh, I was just looking at that in my library last night wondering how it got there and thinking about installing it. Physics based co-op shenanigans sounds like a right laff.

Maybe it's a gift from the wobble-gods of jello heaven. There's reportedly an 8-player co-op limit, so you know what to do!

It was in a Humble Bundle about a half-year ago, maybe you got it there.

But yeah, it's a great co-op game, do join in.

Yeah, I was subscribing to Humble Monthly for a while, must have been part of that.

It does indeed! I think I might buy it just on the strength of that video.

Here's the only part of the game I remembered to record:

Just a quick reminder to anyone thinking of joining the TTLG Arma sessions: tomorrow's game will take place an hour earlier, at 3-5pm UK time. Check out the thread linked below for more information!

Is there any extra mods that we will need?

Thirith's put together a Workshop Collection of mods here. Probably a good idea to subscribe to it

By the way, interesting co-op Saturdays related aside; I was looking to make room on my game library SSD a couple of nights ago in order to install Titanfall 2, when I noticed the size of GTAV:

    NINETY NINE GIGABYTES.

    What the actual fuck?!

It seems like only yesterday I found myself thinking that Diablo 2 requiring 2GB of disk space was a bit excessive, but that's ridonkulous!

Oh God. All that Online DLC is adding up I guess.

Yup. That's the cost of ongoing content addition with the GaaS model. Doom was somewhere in the vicinity of 70 GB. If there was an option to remove the multiplayer-only content, that'd be a nice way to save space.

As is, I inaugurated the new year with a new HDD. While I hope FF XV won't need 100 GB of HDD space, ground realities are that the average AAA game's footprint these days is around 60 gigs and growing.

I'm ~95% certain I can make it to the co-op session on Saturday and I suggest we play some Human Fall Flat!

And I'm down with that. 8-player max, so the more the merrier.

Are we going for the usual time (4-6pm UK time) or the earlier slot like last week?

I'm fine with either slot, so okay to move it around if there's anyone who want to join but the time zone makes it inconvenient.

If no one has any preferences, I'd go for the later slot - but that's mere personal preference on my part. I should be able to do either.
