Lost Places Contest - Missions Released

We have three entries for the contest -

    Bertrand's Forgotten Tomb by trefoilknot

    Derelict Dock District by anonymous

The Eye of the Gems: Shadow and Fog by Terra

Congrats to all the authors on completing & submitting their missions (And FYI, we have one first time author here).

I'll work with the admins on voting, and we'll try to get a survey up next week. We'll probably give everyone about 3-4 weeks to vote before everything is tallied.

For now, enjoy the missions. I haven't played them yet, but I did confirm they are working, and just browsing the readmes, they look very interesting.

UPDATE: We now have a voting page, thanks to Al_B. Check it out below. Voting will be open until the end of October.

Congratulations and my thanks to the mission authors. I live in hope that I will be able to find the time to play before the voting deadline - whatever it is.

And thanks to Brethren for all his work. I'd suggest contacting Al_B directly about the voting as I'm not around a lot at the moment. But if I can help at all, let me know.

I'm getting ridiculously slow d/l speeds from Southquarter atm, down to 12-24 kb/sec.

Is anyoneone else experiencing such slow d/l?

Is there an issue you know of Brethren, if so any idea when it will be back to normal?

No, but it's GoDaddy, so things are always a bit unpredictable and/or unreliable. Eventually the good speeds should return though.

Thanks for letting me know, but it's now down to 4.5Kb, tells me it will take 23hrs to d/l Derelict Dock.

Think I'll wait for a mirror.

Lord Soth, your services are requested

Is it sheer coincidence that all three missions have number puzzles?
