IIRC PCGamerUK advertised the single-player demo last month and yet it is not on the DVD this month.

Any reason for this? Why no mention/apology in mag? My want, me want!

This isn't really the place for discussing this, so I'm locking the thread. Head over to the gamer forum at www.futureforums.co.uk/pcgamer. Find the Mag Talk folder, and find all manner of debate about the non-appearance of the demo. Pierce gives the low-down there.

In short: Next Month is written before the Next Month in questions. We go with what we're informed should be ready. All too often, this proves to be incorrect.
