    Lord Ashton Series FM 2: A Night's Stroll (V2: Aug 16, 2002)

I'm going through this great mission!!!!! But unfortunately it's in German!!
I'm playing on expert and have most of the objectives done (apparently) and it's like playing Garret when he's gone overseas and trying to get to
    spoiler:
    some whore house
and nick a load of stuff, bizzzaaarre!!!!!

Extremely good fun so far and a well constructed FM. Initially it reminded me of swamped
    spoiler:
in respect of it having seperate areas connected by tunnels/corridors
but then it opened out a bit and got very much more interesting!! (Don't get me wrong, swamped was a great FM)

Anyway, I've found it great fun trying to work out what the objectives actually are; I worked out the rosemarybeads objective but the rest is just pure guess work,
    spoiler:
got the painting, the diary and the loot total
and I'm now about to get stuck into
    spoiler:
    some hammers
    :-)))

    Great FM, download it now.

    Evening Walk?

I wish I had taken German in school, instead of Latin...

Google's translator, and the Babelfish as well, are highly inaccurate at translating actual text that isn't textbook perfect. And translating all those texts sentence by sentence would be extremely tedious in any case...solution? Berlitz course, anyone?

I have been asked to translate her missions by the author. I just haven't had the time yet.

    Abendspaziergang means night's stroll.

I did, but I don't know if the "Schlangenreif" comes before or after the well. I don't want to search for hours to find out I should have jumped in the well. Any hints ?

the "Schlangenreif" comes before the well...it's near the well, behind the tower is a little garden with a door, find a way to open it..... and dont't go in the pub before the other objects are complete....

Here's how I translated the objectives, either the author or someone else who actually knows German can correct me:

Text_0: "Meet Lady Helena at the Wild Burrick."
Text_1: "Find the rosary of Lord Ashton."
    Text_2: "Steal 6000 in loot."
Text_3: "Steal Lord Bufford's valuable painting."
Text_4: "Find the snake bracelet and take it with you."
Text_5: "Find Leon's hiding place to get some information."
    Text_6: "Steal Madam Kira's diary."
    Text_7: "Kill no innocents."
    Text_8: "Kill no persons."

    I'm glad you enjoyed it...

Perhaps I should say that Lord Ashton is part 1, Abendspaziergang part 2 and Flucht part 3.....
