Hmm, I tried it myself (with ddfix) and the game crashed when trying to load a saved game. However, if I turn ddfix off the game runs. Maybe try that if you are using ddfix?

Nevermind, it appears that ddfix does work with ss2... it was because i was trying to load a certain save slot.
