I see this thread is going poetic. I also see that I am not the only one deeply disheartened about the loss of rope arrows and Garrett's odd new inability to swim. (You'd think that his first trip through the Maw of Chaos taught him something but noooo...)

Quite right. Why did Garrett suddenly loose two of his best abilities?

    One you lock the target,
    two you bait the line,
three you slowly spread the net,
and four you get the man.

Blinking with bright rage it did...
Its anger released into this world...

It's really quite nice here. The weather is (mostly) good. Do you know the wharf? - near the Falcon Hotel? I live right near there, near the sea. I would provide a photo but it's dark now.

I know exactly where you mean! Now I shall make a pre-mission phrase in dedication to the Canal.

    DUCKS!
    EXPENSIVE ROWING BOAT HIRE!
    LOCKS!
RAFT RACE! (Do they still do that?)

I have gained noteriety, and it involves "troll sex" with Bronze Griffin. Yay.

There's always something going on during the summer, be it the races on the canal, Jazz Week, or some sort of lifeboat event. Exciting stuff.

It's a shame the place is so depressingly boring during the winter months... and don't even think about getting any snow.

Sings we a dances around the maypole
    With boats and ...

oh fuck it, I can't be bothered.

Where are you from then TTK12G3?

The last month I lived down that way, we got snow. Very stange indeed.

    And the Snow Dids't fall,
    And all was agast.

Oh, yeah, as soon as I find my old poetry book from last year(that was full of Thief-inspired stuff), I'll get to posting. I hope this does not encourage anyone from ripping off from Conrad Aiken or Anne Bradstreet.

Again, our rulers have failed us
and we must take matters into our own hands.
    - Intercepted Keeper communique

    Sets we our traps,
    Builds we our mazes.

    Our tools were rough,
    but our hearts were pure.

Give a man a fish, he will by hungry the next day.
Teach a man to fish, you give up your monopoly of fisheries.
