    SS2 pacifist challenge run

I decided to do another pacifist challenge run of System Shock 2, only this time I've recorded the whole run.

    The rules are:
    • No damage dealt to enemies
    • Impossible difficulty
    • No damage dealt to anything else if avoidable, with exceptions allowed for mandatory destruction of
      • Black eggs
      • Membranes
      • Nerve clusters
    • Only allowed weapons are the psi amp and stasis field generator, all other weapons are forbidden
    • No hostile psi powers (with the one exception being allowed use of cryokinesis for mandatory destruction, if there is no other alternative)
    • No psionic invisibility
    • No hacking turrets or Imposed Neural Restructuring
    • No exploiting prior knowledge (e.g. have to legitimately find a code before I'm allowed to use it.)

Played with SCP Beta 4 + cosmetic mods.

YouTube playlist of the run, 8 parts, runtime: ~2h 42m

It's not really a Let's Play as such, because I reloaded a lot while attempting this, and the final video is only of the actual run, not the attempts where I reloaded.

I just finished watching the first video and the end of the last video.
    This is awesome!
Thank you for sharing! I look forward to watching them all.

    Impressive!

Are you playing with a trackball?

Nope, just a normal mouse (Steelseries Sensei Ten). Do I turn strangely?

Your facing movements generally seem a bit abrupt and jittery. Maybe a high mouse sensitivity thing? Contrast with, for example, this guy.

I definitely have a much higher sensitivity than him. That feels very slow to me.

Yes, his movement seems exceedingly slow. I think I fall in the middle of the twitch spectrum, but closer to your speed than his.

I tip my hat to your knowledge of these levels. You play quick and I could never survive that.
