A perhaps more efficient approach could have been to also quote the small part you especially meant for us to read (along with posting the link for those who want to read more)!? \_(ツ)_/
Maybe if you go and re-look at my original post with the link and read it carefully, you'll understand. I'll wait.

Hey, if someone says something stupid and owns up to it, I'm perfectly okay with that; and that applies to me as well.

I'm still waiting for you to do that, but I doubt that's going to happen. Just goes to show who we are as people, eh?

    it's-a-me, keeping it on-topic ITT

Haha, did you just ninja edit that or am I going blind? If I am actually going blind, then, apparently, icemann is too, and I don't get the original quarrel the two of you had. On the other hand, there is still the offchance that Jasmine Walkes got the quote from Janeane Garofalo. Yeah, I'm just trying to divert your attention at this point.

I think what happened is that I assumed the quote was from Dema, because you were talking to him just after the quote, and never actually read it, just skimmed past it. Oh well... this is actually a good example of how unfiltered me gets me into trouble.

    Edit:
...but also gets all the fun and excitement.

I'll be honest, I haven't understood what's been happening in this thread for the last two pages, and I don't excuse my own role in that as I just took my own detour because that's how I roll.

But in fairness, I think the real spirit of this thread isn't just asking who are you, but how do you roll? And we be rollin'.

    You do you, fam.

I'm usually a superfly fucking ninja when it comes to my posts, (and also not, as evidenced by the 'last edited' tag at the bottom of what I'm guessing is more than 75% of my posts), but this was there from the moment it was posted. I get that people might have thought I was referencing dema (which was why I kinda addressed that by using his name with a colon), but it was intended to separate my post from the quote for people who didn't have the time to comb through the interview.

And yeah, the conversation thread is bizarre, so like I subtly implied earlier, we're better off considering it as a weird, stupid detour.

edit: not for you, dema. I think it's nice to get to hash out our thoughts constructively.

On the subject of personality tests, this one is actually pretty impressive.

    You're welcome.

Wasn't there someone somewhere some time saying something about detours teaching us more than the actual tour? Maybe not exactly this detour, though... or, well, this one too. It's also pretty typical of ttlg: many threads end up being about something else and someone will sooner or later manage to make it be about that unnameable orange... thing.

icemann put me on ignore 'cuz he's very well-adjusted for Comm Chat, so he can't see my messages. Can someone please relay that I picked off his tongue from the floor yet again? It just keeps finding its way there. It's becoming quite tiresome. Tsk.

    PS. icemann -

CARRY ON, CITIZENS (and sorry for adding to the derpy detour, Gray. No disrespect meant to you <3 )

I was at the department store with my wife today. It's a lot less awkward to wait around in the women's lingerie when you're wearing a mask. But then I got a little bored.

I've had Farrah Fawcett stuck in my brain the last couple of weeks and i find seeing women's undies on display is not a good way to get her unstuck from me noggin.

We actually bought this Animantarx as a joke to adorn our potted avocado plant, because avocados co-evolved with megafauna. Although I hasten to add that this was long after the mass extinction event that killed Animantarx, but eh.
Also I may be into dinosaurs miniatures now. Primarily I want some Brachiosaurus / Diplodocus / Apatosaurus minis to photograph them "in the wild". But I may have to do some reconstructive miniature painting before that.
