That key needed for the chest in Room 1 was a bit tricky to find. It is in the room up high.

66 Minutes for 3000/2525 Loot, 11 BlackJacks, 12 Locked Picked, 1 Pocket Picked, 2 Bodies Discovered.

A bit tricky to figure out how to use the items but got it after a while.
