Casing the Joint, Masks & The Library *SPOILERS*

OK so I'm playing Masks, and understand that it's based on the same level as Casing the Joint. But even the library has become repopulated by the ghosts, after I cleared them (via reading the letters and finding the hidden passage) during Casing the Joint. Is that deliberate? It seems... strange.

In Casing, if you find all letters / passage the wandering spook should die, and the new scroll appear on the upper floor. Theoretically the place should now be exorcised, and no spooks should appear in Masks. But I have noticed that at least one of the ghosts will still re-appear in Masks and state her line. Think this is a bug.

Are you using a fix pack for Thief2? If so, which and what version? There's a qvar that gets created when editing in dromed that needs to be deleted, otherwise it leads to this bug.

I repelled the ghosts in Casing the Joint, grabbed the revealed correspondence, and later in Masks the library was almost calm, aside of the ghost of Lorna appearing only once near the entrance and saying her usual "Terrible secrets" line.
