O'Shuva is correct. That's exactly what I wanted.
EDIT: However I probably wouldn't have altered the *after* effects much. I didn't want there to be a "reward" for listening to the end of the tirrade. It's about your personal response to it.

My favourite overhearing convo in all of Deus Ex was probably the first one in UNATCO HQ between Gunther and Anna. That cruel, cruel maintenance man. He knows he likes orange.
Sorry for second guessing you again, but what I think Subroutine Brem_X_Jones was attempting was to have Gary and Steve react differently depending on when you interrupted (when you reached your nautral tolerance, as previously stated). Mine was almost instantaneous ("Just once? That's letting her off lightly, I'd have have her(?) sucking c**k like late night on channel 5.")
Also, the Vandenburg music brings back many happy memories of sudden and intense pain at the hands of MJ-12 bots and snipers. Leave it alone!

Maybe it could be done like with the guy in the toilet.
The guards talk and every now and then you have the option to either stay quiet or make a comment.
Btw, hello to everyone.
Yes, it could have. I've no idea why I didn't. Stupidity, probably.

My personal fav conversation in the game was the one in the beggining with the Very Drunk Man. Hehehehe.
My only suggestion, I love the mod, but...maybe there shouldn't be voice acting? No offense to the actors, I know they try their best and they aren't professionals and did better then most of us could do, but it still sounds very....non-real. Knocks you out of the immersion and reminds you that it's a mod. So maybe just text in the next episode?
I would suggest the exact opposite, get full voice acting if at all possible.
Just text makes you remember it's a mod, too. Just worse. Given those 20,000 lines of text that Brem_X_Jones was talking about, I dont think we'll be hearing too much more of Charlotte's lovely voice
30,000 words, not lines of text.
Nah - full voice acting will never be a real possibility*. When you're as textually dense as Cassandra is, it would increase the size to impossible levels for download. We ended up taking from the similarly textually dense Planescape Torment as just doing character-setting introduction stuff. Even that may be dropped if the next edition ever happens.

*If only through the organisational side of it. It took literally forever to get the voice-acting sorted.
Will TCP's ambition end up being its downfall? Probably not, but I just couldn't help but use the line.Originally posted by Brem_X_Jones

You could just burn it on CD's and mail it to us for $30.
Nah. Our incredible distractability will be our downfall.
To be honest, I'm pleased we got even one part of it out. Anything else is gravy.
Tasty gaming gravy.

Hopefully I will one day taste that gravy.
