Completed everything, just trying to make sure I've visited everywhere.
How do I get into the barred room you can look into from the street, just below Wexler's East Balcony.
I can see a vent behind, but can't work out how to get there.

Oh, and is there a purpose for the caged crayman ?

via Wexler's vent system in the basement.
I was hoping to get into the Hammer temple this way, but could only catch a glimpse.

unrelated: I got big Dishonored vibes from the spotlights in the street illuminating checkpoints

Thanks MrMunkeepants, I had opened the way, but something more pressing turned up and I completely forgot about it!

See what you mean about Dishonored. Now that's one thing I'd like to be able to do - cast a plague of rats on the Mechanists!

BTW. Great mission skacky. Thanks for all your hard work. I always love a mission whereby I can get around quickly by making a 300ft dive into a canal!

That was a handy reset when you realized you were off in left field.

I didn't mention it before, but I did greatly enjoy this mission aside from the mental block I had =/ I love environments with a great sense of depth.

Wow, first a mission from nicked and now from skacky for the first Jam, itīs like an early christmas present! Iīm about half an hour ingame and itīs a typical skacky style mission, I just love it!
I also love how you included the dogs we got to see for the first time in the black parade campaign.

So far we have four missions for the first jam right? (If I didnīt miss one). All of them are real jewels. I thank the authors with all my heart for spending the time to give us such very enjoyable thieving hours. It is much appreciated

    Now, back to the mission!

Edit: Finished with all optional objectives and 4110/4582 loot. As expected it didnīt disappoint, was a real treat. I always love how the title of the mission can be randomly found in a book.

Thanks again to skacky and Prinxellier!!

Is there a lootlist available for this mission?

Usually, fortuni posts a walkthrough and lootlist for a mission about a month after it was first published. You have to wait until New Year to see whether it will happen for current missions, I'm afraid.

considering we have frogbeast eggs, I'm sure someone could turn a wedge of cheese into a rat grenade. that would actually be a great distraction tool, it doesn't even have to do damage as long as the enemy chases them for a minute! maybe a different kind of cheese could attract lethal rats, if one wanted to play that way...

I looked up everywhere trying to find that nest even all the trees. When I did find it I laughed because it was very small and I doubt I could have seen it from the ground.

Had to finally call it at 4467/4582. So close. But what a fun level just to run around in. Might even have to go back and give it just one more scouring.

Finally I have to time to continue playing this gem! One more contract objective left, the cerulean dagger. Gotta dig deep for this one. It's unbelievable how they managed to build this in such a short time!

I'm stuck. Where can I use The Thieves key?

The Thief's Key can be used not very far from the starting point. There is a hint there about someone else who was trying to find the gem you're after. To be more specific, there is a shop where one or more dead people are lying around, and one of them should have a note which confirms that he was after the gemstone. In there, look for a safe that is labeled "Special reserve". Time to open that safe with your newfound key.

That should get you back on track.

Many thanks. I had totally forgotten about the safe. It's stupid when you've only been playing in bits and pieces for a week. Nevermind, an excellent mission. And that was a speed build entry? I cannot believe it...

I missed this place, I also found the ''secret room'' in the bedroom you get to via a balcony with the mine near the entrance, but I didn't have the key to open it, there's a hint that it might be in a bird's nest but I haven't found that either. I wonder if there are other places I've missed now?

But yeah, amazing mission, it's one of the best looking missions ever, and there's the kind of vertical gameplay I love which I found was underutilized in ''The Black Parade''.

This was a speedmap?! This community is wild. What a treat to play this one. So many little touches and neat rooms. Lots of suggestive detail. Nice VA in the intro. Some tricky stealth challenges too. And I like all the leafy garden terraces and nooks. They're such cozy spots.

I was able to complete all the sidequests, but I admit the mines got me 3 times, and I found the invitation only after I had scoured every other inch of the place and had decided to give up, then stumbled upon it on my way out. I challenged myself to do the vases all in one go without any knockouts and that was fun one to pull off. Thanks for this mission!

Congratulations skacky, for this one, and merci beaucoup, I quite enjoyed it! (after finally getting the time to play it, this week...).

Very impressive for a speed build, and I felt some definite 'With the Snow as Sole Witness' vibes while playing it. For my playing style (blind supreme) it was difficult enough while not becoming off-putting or even frustrating (as some other highly rated mission often do) - spot on from this perspective! The dogs gave me the shivers, though, don't know why.

If someone is interested in my (full) lootlist: https://1drv.ms/x/c/4757427096854658...VYFtQ?e=peIFyg... Just finished my second ghost run, 1:27:47, full loot (4582), two pickpockets (both loot), 3 lockpicks. One arguable supreme bust, otherwise supreme-clean. Very poor performance

I tried running this map on 2 computers and when you first get out and look up, my FPS goes from 250 FPS down to 60-70FPS.
When I check task manager, CPU and GPU are basically idle doing nothing.
Is this just an Engine limitation at this point?

    Computer 1:
    CPU: Ryzen 5800X
    GPU: Radeon 7900XTX
    Monitor: 1080p 240Hz IPS

    Computer 2:
    CPU: Intel 14700K
    GPU: Radeon 9070XT
    Monitor: Alienware 1440p 360Hz QD-OLED

I guess it indeed has to do with the engine. My ancient laptop (CPU: Intel Core i5-2467M @ 1.6 GHz (2,3 GHz turbo); GPU: Intel IGP, HD 3000 @ 350 MHz) shows something similar: about 58 fps (measured with the game's "show_stats" console command) if I'm inside the first building or looking low when just outside that building, and about 28 fps if I'm looking up when just outside. Graphics resolution is 1024x576 here. For me, these fps numbers are still bearable, though. 58 fps, btw, most likely is an artificial fps limit (60 fps) you can set in one of the game's configuration files.

I have seen such things rather often when a complex scene with large viewing distance is rendered by the game. CPU speed usually matters in such a case, GPU speed is a minor factor. In rare cases, you may find some place in a mission where GPU speed is relevant and CPU speed is not, for example if you are crouched and look through complex vegetation like grass or corn. That seems to be a different case than the one seen here.

Unless you have serious problems when turning around in the game, I think you should accept it the way it is.

I saw Klatremus released a Supreme Ghost video, so I gave it a try !
Very solid mission indeed, especially knowing it was built in one month.
I'm repeating myself but the missions we're getting recently are reaching an amazingly high global level, we're really blessed

Congratulations guys for that release and thank you !
