Raiden was a classic coin-op arcade shooter.
Raptor was another shooter from the 90's shareware days.

If you like gambling, sure, you might get lucky. Don't put down any money you won't mind throwing away and quit while you're ahead.

To prove my point, I went ahead and gambled and here are the results:

    Destiny Warriors RPG
    Blackguards 2
    Sun Blast Star Fighter
    Secret Of Magia
    Legend of Mysteria RPG
    Greyfox RPG
    SKYHILL

...which all got at best mixed reviews on Steam and only Blackguards 2 looks even vaguely interesting

Learn Japanese to survive Hiragana Battle

...which is absolutely useless for me

    Cultures Northland

...which isn't a bad game (though I always preferred Settlers), but I already own it

    Iconoclasts

...the only game here I'm actually interested in and will play at some point in the future

On a related note, anyone want Cultures Northland or Hiragana Battle? Shoot me a PM. First come first served.

I saw Rage for $5 and the two Exodus Redux games $7 on Steam. Those are the ones that caught my eye.
(And Subnautica Zero for $10 on Epic but I mentioned that in the Epic thread.)

For what it's worth, both of my Headliner games are 20-33% off this memorial weekend sale. Play as news editor, start revolution, genetically modified discrimination, conspiracy theories, fake news, puppers... you've probably seen me spamming the forums enough about it by now

Bipolar and CrossTrix will be 50% off for upcoming Steam Summer Sale, so be sure to get on it if you've not played either of those 2 games.

I think it's about the same on gog.com at the moment. The Witcher is one of those games that you just gotta have on that platform. ...not that it really matters I guess

As part of the Steam Summer Sale, Dark Souls Remastered is currently 90% off. That's an absolute steal at under $10. I grabbed it right away.

Is there any actual value to the remastered version? The reviews says that it's a bad remaster and you're better off just running Prepare To Die with some fan mods.

Though apparently it actually shows your keybindings? That'd be a first for a From Software title.

Better performance, better technical side (60fps, borderless window, mouse and keyboard handling, etc) and more reliable online. IIRC it's only 90% off if you have PTDE though.

  13. #1238
It's only 40% off if you don't have other Dark Souls games on Steam.

Honestly, I'm not sure if I'll ever play it, but it was under $10 so was like meh why not.

Both Dishonored: Complete Collection and the individual items it consists of are highly discounted on Steam until the 30th of July! The bundle is -70%, the three games are -80% each, the DLCs for the first game are between -50% and -80%. Note that unlike most Steam bundles this one does not have its price adjusted to account for the games you already own (to give credit where it is due, you will be warned about it), that said since individual items are discounted too it is a matter of a few more clicks to order individual items as needed.

If you ever wanted to pick up Crusader Kings 2, but hated the DLC pricing and didn't know where to start anyway, then now's your chance.

Thanks for the heads-up EvaUnit! I think I only ever played the game once, but I remember liking the cartoon series back in the day, so I bought this one before it's too late.

I'm assuming you only mention those two because you expect everyone already has the best game in that tier: Cat Quest.
