Thanks for downloading everyone! Hope you enjoy it! And Sluggs, I can't even remember if I sent you the shape I wanted for the light shaft in the end so no worries - you get a mention in the readme anyway!

    And yay, the
    spoiler:
    super quick mummies
will hopefully cause many people to have sudden cardiac arrests.

Well i had two of them! I love it when that happens! You don't get that in the Cradle! Any mission that makes me jump has done the impossible! I love these surprises man! We need more of them, FM dudes!

I bow to Tomi and Nicked! Both of your FMs have made me jump! NEATO!

I'm really enjoying this FM. 'tis very nice indeed. Great to be back in a Lost City environment.

In the room with the floor plaque, that says: "Do not look down" is that supposed to be all blue down there? I ask only because that's the way things look when they're missing a texture. Real neat way of getting the route across too. Edit: Nevermind, i can see it's meant to be that way.

Damn, this thing is full of surprises! I love the Indiana Jones Holy Grail reference!

BTW, love the new lever model. Who made that one? Targa?

Yay, the Holy Grail reference wasn't too cryptic - I was afraid that might be lost on people!

And yeah the ratchet lever was a Targa model. It really is a heck of a lot better than the bigfloorlever because the noise of the metal clanking matches it much better.

And if you've already jumped at this mission, you may have at least one more on the way!

Man, this one sounds sweet! These are my favorite types of missions -- "adventure" stuff where you are plundering tombs, caves, ruins, etc.

    Thank you nicked!

I have another mission in the pipe. It's effin' massive though, I've got the basic architecture finished after about 2 months (that's basic mind, no rafters or anything!)

This is gonna take a loooooong time...

Heh, why did you add me to the readme as a tester? I was almost missing from the forums and internet at all...

This one is terrific, though I'm sure I'm missing all kinds of stuff. Great fun to explore and the atmosphere is outstanding.

Wow, this is really impressive, nicked! I can't wait to play more of your missions!

I've completed all objectives except leaving on Hard, and I have to admit I'm rather stumped by this puzzle (which I guess just contains a secret, more loot or something only required on Expert):

Can you either spoil or PM/email me some hints as to how it works?

I managed to squeeze through there after frobbing a lever but i couldn't get back out! I'm still there, waiting for someone to free me!

Hurry up Yandros, i'm getting thirsty!

    Yandros:
    spoiler:
it's actually so complicated I don't know how to do it! I just randomly pull switches and hope for the best! The way it works is in two rows of four doors. There are four switches to each row. Each switch controls 2 doors, except for one switch per row which only controls one door. So the trick is to pull the switches that control two doors until the only ones left are one door and another one controlled by the switch that only works one door. You have to do that for both rows, then you can pull the last switch to work only one door, leaving a three-wide space you can fit through. I'm sure someone clever can probably work out the right order to do it in, but I'm not that smart... I just made the thing!

But don't worry, there's just a bit of loot, nothing essential, behind it.

Sluggs - I'll throw you a water bottle, but that's it! I'm outta here!

Glad to know it's nothing essential. This mission actually reminds me a little of the second mission in The Idol, with its traps and stuff - although this lever puzzle is far more evil than anything I've devised for my mission!

    From Beneath The Sands

I got the staff and everything lights up. I only have 2 left on my life line. I got out to the hallway and it's worse out there.
HELP!!! Great Mission, enjoyed all the puzzles.

    Thanxs,

    Hope Vincent

Where IS the staff? I've got the other objectives completed, except that I'm a bit short on loot but I'm just kind of wandering in circles now.

Edit: Never mind! As soon as I gave up and posted, I went back and found a whole section I'd missed before, as usual. Got the staff now and enough loot but now I have a new objective and the place is lit up like a Christmas tree!

Simply write down what switch moves what doors. Then logic consideration => right order.

    Hint:
    spoiler:
First: switch, that moves 2 doors, one of them moves no other switch. Last: switch that moves only one door.

Finished on Expert but with only 2 out of 4 secrets and short 225g. Excellent mission! I'm going to go play it again, I think.

    Nightwalker,

How did you accomplish the last objective? I tried every way possible to "dump the remains", but nothing works. Now I'm at the sealed beginning door waiting for a hint.

    Thanxs,

    Hope Vincent

Nevermind, but thanxs anyway. I went back and found the correct place right after I posted. I loved playing this fm. Not too hard, just sneak and read. However, I'm short 225 and 2 secrets also.

Hey, Nicked! Love this FM. The story, architecture, atmosphere, colors, puzzles, traps, etc. Yeowww! Figured everything out except how to:
    spoiler:
destroy the king's spirit so I can get out of this place. Once I grabbed the staff everyone is after me.

This has caused me to jump and my heart go boomity boom in a few unexpected places. Good going!

    Thanks for any help.

Uh,.. I see Hope Vincent has already asked that question about the same time.
