Like Cortex said, currently the mail.trioptimum.com redirect is being hosted on my server as the main trioptimum.com web server is down. This does not affect any mail services (since all the mail services are handled by Google).
Valet2's suggestion is good as well; you can always access your trioptimum.com mail by going to http://mail.google.com/a/trioptimum.com.
For me, I actually just go to mail.google.com, which will ask for your full email address. So that may work for you, but your mileage may vary, of course.

I'm having no trouble reaching and receiving email on my TriOptimum email account. What do you mean "gmail said that it was shut down"? As long as the domain's MX records don't change then it should continue to work. I received an email message on the account 9 hours ago, so it's definitely still working.Something wrong with the site? cant reach my trioptimum account, gmail said that it was shut down, the website is nothing...what is going on? trioptimum RIP? Well, that is what i receive after i try to log into my account. No idea what I did wrong, prolly nothing, i suppose someone was trying to break into my account or smth...i'd love to get my account back. Rly Rly. 10 years of mailing history and google drive with important stuff, blogspot, youtube, u know...:/
So E-mail support@ from the back-up account you specified when you registered and maybe we can sort it out.

I've sent an email msg from my backup mail account like 3 weeks ago, but maybe i've sent it the wrong way...the address the mail went to was support@trioptimum.com. Correct me if I'm wrong, I have no idea what to do:/

Please also remember that if you do not use your account for 180 days, we reserve the right to delete your account and all data within it. Do not store super important data in your account if you're not going to login at least once in 180 days.
