That's what I was thinking. Problem is the textures are so blasted flat (they don't support bmps, i'm guessing to give them a bit of depth) that it sort of spoils the effect. In my opinion at least.Originally Posted by RavynousHunter

On the other hand, if you could get a good texture for it, then stack enough real barrels in front of it that you couldn't get up *too* close to it, it'd probably do the trick nicely. Even one layer rack/shelf to keep you from going nose to wall with the texture. . .

Except two they're all from Aachen, yes. I wanted to see, if somebody recognizes the location. The last one is from the citadell in Jülich, where each year a historic wedding is staged. On this occasion I took the pictures of the "nobles".
Dudes, sorry to ressurect this thread but if anyone wants to see a creepy setting they should check out Sheffield General Cemetary around sunset. There's a desecrated church, lots of monumental grave stuff and a kind of bricked-up mausoleum where the zombies live. Seriously, it will inspire you to wet the bed.
