I really enjoyed this mission, so much that I chose the sitting room opposite the 'museum' for my desktop. I left something disgusting on the floor though

I never even knew of this FM! Thanks UliB, for leading me to this game ánd thread

John9818a : a belated Thank You for this mission.
I had no problems with the faeces I found: They looked like a Frankfurter sausauge (here it's called a: knakworst, because of the "knak"sound when you bite into it ....) I just put them on a bun, wit some Sauerkraut and a lot of mustard (well ..... in my mind ....) and: BANG: I got some health back!!!

BTW: A smoked sausage even tastest better!!! .. in real life ...
Mail me for THE bestest recipy of a GLORIA HOT DOG!!!

I compliment you on this game

I'm not quit finished yet, but still ..... it's a great mission!

Why did you think I could be mad about finding a Oh Dear Dewdrop Dolly in here?
I think she fits in beautifully here and I'm glad I found her!!!
    You know .......

    Gloria Creep

    Dare to join .............

Thanks Gloria. I thought you might be mad because of the face on Dew Drop. It isn't the normal Dew Drop face.

The theme of the mission might not be pleasant, but this mission had more technical works put into it than any of my other missions. Just think of a Christmas tree in a hurricane.

    Call me dumb, but...

...I don't get the ending. What is the significance of the
    spoiler:
30-minute wait at the (Hotel? Hospital? Brothel?) then the trek across town to the other (Mansion? Sheriff?)?

It's probably obvious, I'm just too overwhelmed with RL right now to pay enough attention!!!

    Thanks,
    PeterVanX

BTW, I really enjoyed this Mission. A "freshie" change of pace

Easy... how much time do you spend at the doctor's office? It wouldn't make sense to make the player sit for 30 minutes, so it is supposed that 30 minutes elapsed.

When we were escaping, mr. Oh Dear decided to stay and tell his lord he was the Messias...

No it's because that idiot weighs less than water and won't sink.

Clearing, I took down every Thief web page I had on my web site.

I have got to the end but the final objectives won't tick off..

Mr O'Deer is in the room with the red door and just standing there..

It was good to get a mission with so many health packs just lying around..

I know this sounds strange, but you have to go hide from Mr. Oh Dear for about 5 minutes, go back to Mr. Oh Dear, and hit him once with your blackjack. At this point it may appear that nothing is happening, but you should see his idle gestures. In about 90 seconds he will begin his route again.

Does anyone happen to have a copy of the walkthroughs for this mission? My links to them went bad a while back.

If that link went to my web site at geocities, then it is lost. I was unable to find any walkthroughs for this mission on my backup discs.

    Have you tried the WayBackMachine?

Hmm... not much left, but it's more than nothing (not for this mission though):

Good idea; I always forget about the wayback machine.

There were a couple of things I could save from there (lootlists for the first LoveStory mission and Jenivere De Ja Vu) but, indeed, nothing from this mission.
I need to make a point of spidering all of the external links I make just in case.

If no one has a walkthrough, I can come up with one in the next few days.

Me too. And you can throw it at the guards (or anyone else that takes your fancy) by 'dropping' it! The splattering sound is brilliant. Great, fun mission.

I really enjoyed playing this mission. The story is amusing and interesting. Also liked the final redemption. I liked the gameplay despite the invisible barriers. Thank you John for this mission.
