As far as I'm hearing it's not a call-up pre-orders sort of break of street date but basically if you rock into a store and ask, they're handing it over pretty much everywhere.
Hm.. I wonder if this would be true for the limited edition also....
I sure hope so, it would be such a great compensation for the lack of a PC demo.

On another note, looks like even the pirated xbox version is out before the pc version, wonder if they will release another art book to pacify us?

Heh, how ironic. Publishers always love to point the finger of blame at piracy on PC games as a reason for not supporting the PC platform, but look at how fast the 360 version has been pirated.
Already selling on ebay, If 2k is counting on most of their sales for the xbox, their in trouble...

I'm pissed that they don't sell the limited edition in Europe.
I dont think they´re in trouble. Any game that comes out for the 360 is pirated in a matter of hours. However, if the game is good it sells and Bioshock is probably a masterpiece so I´m sure it´s gonna sell a loooooot. I hope so.

I slapped down full price for two copies (one is a CE) at EB in
the spring !! Both reciepts are in my wallet as I type this ! I have spent a lot of scratch to play this game in all its glory.
Have they started selling the PC version aswell or is Toys R Us only selling the 360 version?
I'm thinking about asking my mate in US to buy and send it from there to Sweden..

You have to mod the hell out of your X-Box 360 to play it though, don't you?
If so, then this version being pirated isn't nearly as bad as the PC version. I'm sure it's a lot easier to get around one-time internet activation.
It's easier to "pirate" an Xbox360 copy than to do it with an PC version.
Thanks, my mistake. It wasn't when I preordered a couple of months ago. Actually, amazon.co.uk is now selling the limited and the standard edition at the same price (!).
