i wasnt suggesting using thermite in a flasher. maybe in a normal hand grenade, but not a flasher. that would just be evil!

i found a material in some Texas Bottlerockets that makes a very significant amount of smoke. it looks like black powder in little BB sized balls. as for the flash, the materials found in the little flashing fireworks would be perfect. as for the bang, im not entierly sure what youd use then, but im pretty sure theres a very easy way.

    -For Dromeders

You hear "m00start" when you wake up in the morning.

This thread funny! I'm student 19 in Spain and love Thief! I enjoy it very much along with freeware for Flight Simulator 2004 and masturbation.

Hopefully not at the same time? That could be dangerous (or painful).

Random Taffer's comment is one of the best replies I've seen in a while.

I don't hear m00start when I wake up, but I think I sometimes hear it when I open a book to read. Similar circumstance, admittedly.

It happens to me sometimes in the morning after a late night dromed fest.

    No joke.

If you played any Thief mission, you have heard it. It's that tunnel-echo rumble at the beginning.

You really need to go and fidde with DromEd.

Christ this was said seven years ago. I think he'd be pretty happy with the effort so far.

Is this the oldest thread that's still active?

    (Bump)

#2564: You keep the Thief Fan Missions window open in your taskbar when playing FMs. Just in case you need some hints.

ohgod ... I'm starting to assess RL architecture for entry/escape options again!! Happens every time I start playing FMs.

    Haha! You too?

I currently have 5 possible escape exits for the building I work in, (not including breaking a window) one of them being too risky as I would need to black jack the front door guard to get out.

    Ah my lonely cubicle...

(might well have been said already - I apologise in advance >.<)

2565. You leave your room after playing to go downstairs and you wonder why there's no visibility gem at the bottom of your field of vision

(and, 2566. you nearly blackjack your brother with a folder when he suddenly appears out of the bathroom)

I think it's the fourth most repeated.

The first would have to go for posts for sneaking, blackjacking would come in second, and giant spiders would probably come in third.

#2567: You have Thief flashbacks and hear the lockpicking sound when you're dialing the combination for your mailbox (locker, whatever).

What's the rank of that one?

Lockpicking sounds familiar, but be reasonable. I read this entire thread ONCE, a year ago. Certainly I cannot remember everything!...

2568: Whenever you walk into a room, your friends shuffle near a wall facing outwards, in the light, while simultaneously checking thier pockets for their wallets and mobile phones...

Hopefully somewhat entertaining to those that have the list memorized...

Hehe, thanks for bringing this back Shinigami.

I'd say something about dressing up for Halloween as an Enforcer, but I'm 98% sure it's already been said...
