    T2 FM: Sir William's Keep - 9th May 2008

This is the mission I mentioned in a thread over 5 years ago. Hope I'm not too late .

The mission has been sitting in my HD for far too long and I finally managed to finish it after sweeping a thick layer of dust out of it. I didn't want to make this sweeping too long and complex so there are three things that you should be aware of:

-There's a fifth goal on expert level that is empty. This was supposed to be a knockout limitation but I never got it working. To avoid problems, I simply removed the goal description. This empty goal has no effect on the mission and can be safely ignored

-Pick pocket counter is broken. Max number of pick pockets is 10 instead of 11 (thanks for correction klatremus)

-The mission has been tested only by me. This is a rather small mission so there shouldn't be any major bugs.

Download here 3.1 MB (mirrors would be appriciated )

I'd recommend a download to anyone. A notable accomplishment in comparison to the relatively mediocre mission quality we have been getting in the past couple of months.

Nice to see someone remembers the screenshots, I think I still have them somewhere. Mystic Gems 2 is starting to get ready for mission objectives. I won't do simple things this time so it will take some time. My current aim is for summer release .

Very good ol'-fashioned Castle mission, Wille. Thanx very much.

Really interesting design with an old feel - was it based on a real place?

A very nice mission! Only the ambient sound is a little bit monotonous...

Thanks for comments, it's good to see that the FM community is still alive and kicking . There's a neat little feature in the mission: base jumping from the tower roof with slowfall potion .

Since this FM of yours is reminding people of the typical, original thief, perhaps you should try making an FM for the Classic Thief Experience contest. Go for it!

I was thinking of making a mission for the contest. But my first priority is now Mystic Gems part 2. After that.. maybe. I'm so used to have all kinds of custom resources available that making something satisfying with stock T2 material won't be easy anymore .

WOW ! Great mission ...even if quite small.
I love the architecture: awesome! Great setting! This is the kind of missions I adore.
I will surely download any other FMs you will make in the future.
    Thanks Wille !!!
