I think that I may be the only person in the world to own every damned April Wine album. Then again, I can say the same thing about Night Ranger.

Love the vocals on this and the guitar work isnt so bad either.
(note: they're a Glasgow band gaining quite a bit of prominance on the Rock scene)

Alice in Chains are pretty good, yeah.

I for one have been listening to the music from The Warriors game. 2nd best PS2 game ever.

Guys Alice In Chains are back and releasing a new album in 2009. I mean Layne has been replaced with William DuVall but I'd still pay to see them.

Right now I'm listening to anything by Gil Scott-Heron, absolute hero.

That contains a load of videos of them recording with DuVall in the studio. Also they're unconfirmed for Sonisphere and other festivals this summer. A quick 'Alice in chains' into google news will let you see what I'm on about.

Damn strait! Check out all of Sap if you like the quieter acoustic stuff.

Shame in you is a great song too. AIC's non-dark (relatively) songs always put me in this really strange mood that I love. The rest of that album is heavier (not sure what you think of that stuff), but this song always chills me out (great exhausted in the evening before bed type song for me).

EDIT: I Stay Away you might also like.

(I don't mean to assume you don't know these songs, I don't know either way so figured I would point them out)

EDIT EDIT (OK last one) No Excuses

Widely considered to be the very first death metal album.
