Where is my fiery explosion while saving a busload of children? No. You end shitting a diaper. Fucking fuckity fuck you bastard. I deserved this? Where is my benevolent spirit guiding us to a Star Trek continuance of spandex suits dominating all creation? No? Just shit. Just puke. Just piss. Goddamn you then. But people love us. They hold our hand. They wipe our butts. They clean up the puke and piss. They love us. That is the last act of gratitude for what we are. Nothing beats love. Not even a cruel God. I love you man. I wish I had a spectacular song to follow that observation but what I have is a worthy reprisal of the best vampire song in the best vampire movie.

There are only two The Isley Brothers songs that I like, and both are from their disco phase. I checked out everything else, but I just could not get into it.

    Heavyweight chorus.

The chord changes in this one are majestic AF, and the distorted guitar instead of a real chorus works.

A while ago when I was figuring out how to use Windows Movie Maker I made a simple slideshow of a Haydn piano piece called Hodie mecum eris in Paradiso (whaetver that is) and I thought its slow reflective pace went well with the painting of some Impressionist painters

On some days, I'm overwhelmed by love

    Raymond & Maria, Kärlek 1

    [Edit]

Bonus Raymond & Maria, a song for everyone from a small town they always longed to leave. "No".

    [Edit again]

I have to add, I strongly approve of Imogen Heap and US3. Both of which I've probably already pimped several years ago in this very thread. And of course Yazoo.

    [Edit again again]

Raymond & Maria tried to sing in English too. Some of the brilliant deadpan sarcasm was lost in translation, some of it sort of worked. But the music was still great.
