Kings of Leon - Sex on Fire. This is a catchy tune. I like the guy's voice. Listened to the rest of the album, and it's not bad. I can recommend Manhattan, Notion, and 17 as other good tracks by them.

Been feelin' like listenin to some old school metal lately. Reminds me of Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey.

Black Sabbath - Wheel of Confusion/The Straightener

Only my favourite non-popular Black Sabbath song (not counting the entirety of Dehumanizer.)

I'd post a link but Youtube is shitting itself currently. It's not even on there, thanks WMG. Found it on musictend, though, whatever the fuck that is.

Black Sabbath - The Wizard. Another great Sabbath song that wasn't too popular.

    Warrel Dane - Brother

Very good song, and very personal, it seems.

    NekroDrako - Cultivating the Mediocre

It's good when your friends make such deliciously horrible noise .

I love those old metal videos. New "metal" videos are mostly cleancut type people trying to look rough playing their shitty songs. Where are the fucked up confusing, disturbing videos?

Black Light Burns - Stop a bullet

I like this band more with each listen. Its the guitarist from Limp Bizket (or however the fuck its spelled). I never liked LB and can't really stand Durst, but I rather like this stuff. Much better than LB for sure. Cool songs, reasonable lyrics with a really catchy popish sound at the same time its kind of dark. Might get old but enjoyable for a time at least.

I remember that I liked their previous album (if that was called 'In The Absence Of Truth'), but can't recall the music itself now. I'll check out this new one, thanks for mentioning it.

Anyway, I'm currently listening to the Equinox/Solstice singles from Coil.

You may also enjoy Oceanic and Panopticon. Great albums, especially the latter.

I See Your Face by Paradise Lost
It's a pretty good from an excellent album, Draconian Times.
I like the rather aggressive sound in this album and the vocal style Nick uses.

Paradise Lost are pretty good, though as far as the Peaceville Trio is concerned I'm a bigger fan of Anathema.

Currently listening to the album 'Furnace' by Download.
I found a few samples on youtube, but even these are not entirely representative of the whole album - it's very diverse.

And terrible! The Eyes of Stanley Pain is considerably better, and "Glassblower" rocked my shit way back in the day, but all in all I'm surprised anyone still gives a shit besides Kevin Crompton's mom.

It is better than post-reformation Skinny Puppy, though!

If everyone doesn't feel like this song sometimes then I don't know what is wrong with you.

Pantera would've been so much better if someone had murdered Phil Anselmo.

Phil seems dumb as hell sometimes but I cant help but love him. He's so adorable. Also, pantera made a massive change for the better (imo) when he joined. I liked damageplan, but I tend to like anything Phil is involved in a lot more. Somehow he writes great lyrics even though half the time he sounds like he can hardly put a few words together.

Funny I decided to check ttlg again right when that song is playing again
