Bullet for My Valentine - Scream, Aim, Fire
When's the last time you heard double lead guitar from anyone under the age of 45? That's what I thought.

dude, there are a hundred other bands like BFMV, and they all use harmony lead guitars, ala Maiden or Metallica. Why do you think the new Metallica material is getting a lot of love? Cos it sounds very similar to the emo/metal that is prevelant amongst angsty teens.
some examples - Avenged Sevenfold, Behind Crimson Eyes, All that Remains, Trivium and the list goes on. If BFMV guitar stuff is floating your boat at the moment, man you need to listen to more new music.

Ready,Set,GO!- Tokio Hotel
These are pretty young kids, pretty talented if you ask me.
Which you probably won't, which is why I'm telling you now.
Radiohead - There There

Supermassive Black Hole - Muse
Fun song and the singer takes on a high range quite well.

Return to the Praesidium of Ys - Bal Sagoth. I cannot keep a straight face all the way through this one.
Cast away - Jerry Cantrell. A bit from his most recent solo album. Pretty simple kind of stuff, but its interesting nonetheless.
Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon (all of it)
The best of Tom Rush, vinyl album. All 4 sides.
Listening to Floyd, too...
Wearing the Inside Out - Pink Floyd Division Bell
BORIS - SMILE
YYYYEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAH
Cradle Of Filth - Temptation
Slipknot - Psychosocial
Caution: Only for the hardcore metal heads
The Doors - When The Music's Over
"Hot Child In The City" by Nick Gilder. I haven't heard it being played anywhere for years and years, and the first time I caught my local station airing it a couple days ago, this is the first thing that popped in my mind:
Carameldansen......against my will, I might add.
Before that: Bad Girlfriend-Theory of a Deadman
I Don't Care - Fall Out Boy
Itunes exclusive, and a catchy one at that. I take back all the nasty thoughts I had about them.
Autechre - Basscadet (Seefeelmx)
Fuck yeah!
What? "Pedobear" violates Photobucket's TOS? How absurd...
Buddy Guy - Hoochie Coochie Man - Live.
Buddy guy walked out into the audience and just kept right on walking. I tried to make my way to him, got caught in the crowd, but didn't have to worry 'cause he came to me. He walked right up beside me, so close his guitar punched me in the face. \/

Unforgiven III - Metallica
Great intro, nice solo...it's a reasonably good song, but not quite Unforgiven.
Gonna listen to the rest of the album later, so far I'm not expecting much though my friend assures me its awesome.
